Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events On October 28, 2021, the Company completed a public offering of 30,000,000 shares of its common stock. The underwriters purchased the shares from the Company at a price of $6.468 per share, for net proceeds to the Company of approximately $193.7 million after deducting offering expenses. In connection with the offering, the Company also granted the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 4,500,000 shares of common stock.
Events subsequent to September 30, 2021 were evaluated through the date these condensed consolidated financial statements were issued and no other additional events were identified requiring further disclosure in these condensed consolidated financial statements.
