Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events On February 6, 2023, the Company completed a public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock. The underwriters purchased the shares from the Company at a price of $17.59 per share, for net proceeds to the Company of approximately $175.6 million after deducting offering expenses. In connection with the offering, the Company also granted the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares of common stock.
Events subsequent to December 31, 2022 were evaluated through the date these consolidated financial statements were issued and no other additional events were identified requiring further disclosure in these consolidated financial statements.
