Two Harbors Investment Corp. Confirms Appointment of Mary Riskey as Chief Financial Officer and Appoints Sheila Lichty as Treasurer

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Two Harbors Investment Corp. (NYSE: TWO), a leading hybrid mortgage real estate investment trust, today confirmed the appointment of Mary Riskey as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer effective February 1, 2019. The appointment of Ms. Riskey as Chief Financial Officer became effective following the previously announced resignation of Brad Farrell as of January 31, 2019. Ms. Riskey joined Two Harbors in 2011 and has most recently served in the role of Vice President, Acting Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, since October 2018.

Additionally, the company announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Sheila Lichty to serve as Vice President and Treasurer, effective February 1, 2019. Ms. Lichty will work closely with and report directly to Mary Riskey. Ms. Lichty joined Two Harbors in 2013 and has most recently served as Assistant Treasurer of the company. From 2010 to 2013, Ms. Lichty worked for CBRE, Inc. as a Senior Controller overseeing Cash Management and Banking Relations. From 2004 to 2010, Ms. Lichty held various roles at GMAC-Rescap, most recently as a Director in the Treasury group. From 1998 to 2004, Ms. Lichty worked for Wells Fargo Bank in various roles. Ms. Lichty received an M.B.A with a concentration in Finance and a B.A. in Business Administration Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
