(NYSE: TWO; NYSE MKT: TWO.WS) today announced that it will hold its 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 21, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. CT at the Grand Hotel located at 612 2nd Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55402. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 26, 2013, will be eligible to vote their shares and attend the annual meeting.
